“Great efficient service, had to amend the booking whilst out the country and was easy to do just by calling the friendly helpline. Staff are friendly. On return (earlier than expected) my car was there ready and waiting. Effortless and stress free service definitely will use again.”
“Rang as stated when coming through baggage at 2:30am Walked to the car park. Car wasn’t there, checked my polestar app the car hadn’t been unlocked. Called and was told my car was blocked in it will be over asap. 10 year old daughter stood outside in 3 degrees with no shelter whilst waiting for car to arrive.
Did send an email of complaint and received my booking fee back but still not a good experience.”
