“I’d read a few negative reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect but the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. It only took 5 minutes to drop off the car and the same on collection. The staff were very polite and friendly. I would book through them again.”
“Awful service, awful customer service skills and no respect or compassion shown by staff. Rang when landed and said it would be ready. We had to walk 15 minutes to the meet and greet car park, the car wasn’t there and told it was on the way. The same staff members then jumped in the company taxi 15/20 minutes later and came back with the car. We were left for nearly an hour with two children at 3am waiting. Save your money and use the Multi Storey.”

Sign is right on top of entrance , is only small and only says Valet parking .
Also car was absolutely filthy in return - looked like it had been parked in the dessert !!”
