Dreadful chaos on getting there. 5 different people said they had never heard of APH who we booked through and said we didn't have a booking despite us having called 15 mins ahead of time and then calling again 3 to.es when we were there. Very stressful and not what was needed at the start of a holiday

Great service from the lads at Mapple as usual have used in the past no waiting around and just hand the keys and go.

This is not all in the control of Maple, but this wasn't the best experience of a meet and greet. The meet and greet area is in the airport valet parking section, its a reasonable walk across the car parks to get to the terminal building to and from. Especially since it was raining heavily when we got back. When we called after picking up our bags, we were told 15-20 mins and we timed it and walked to the meeting area in the rain, only to find the car took over 30 mins to get there, which unfortunately meant standing in the rain with a tired child. As I said above, the airport logistics aren't in MAPLE's control, but they probably should make it clear that the walk from and to the airport isn't covered compared to some other UK airports.

Could keep wheelchairs at parking area for disabled people to get to departures.
