“Used Aph meet and Greet ( MapleParkin) at BHX. phoned prior to arrival, swift service on arrival at the well sign posted car park.
On return, called after collecting our cases walked to car park where our car arrived as we did. Great Service and no complaints. 10 miles added to car so only driven to the car park.”
“The service itself was pretty impressive, in that you arrive, they take the car and then the collection itself was pretty straight forward.
Only thing I'd say is that for a 'valet' service, I was expecting to be a touch closer to the terminal. It's still a good 5 minute walk to and from the car. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I assumed the vehicle would be taken from the terminal building (very minor point I know)”
“The idea of the service was great and being able to arrive on the airport site is also great however the staff were pretty slow which meant we still spent a lot of time standing around getting cold in the middle of the night which I was trying to avoid. Seeing as you have to call 15 mins in advance I can't imagine it's that hard to wait with the car rather than just stand at the office chatting so customers have to approach you to get the paperwork and keys sorted”
“There is little or no signage for Maple - all signage relates to NCP. Maple operate out of a shelter next to NCP. Again no signage. This is a very amateur looking company in my view.”
