On our return to Birmingham Airport there was lots of snow while we waited for our car to be delivered the man on car park the representative there offered us a seats in a vehicle to sit in while we waited for our vehicle and put the heating on for us to keep warm. It was Excellent Service definitely exceeded our expectation. Will definitely use again and recommend Maple Meet and Greet to others.”
“A 10 minute walk to the terminal from the drop off point, which is basically an NCP car park with a short free drop off time period.
When you arrive you have to try and get the attention of one of the work force in a fluorescent jacket (so called uniform). They are quite abrupt and not very helpful.
On return to pick up our vehicle. We phoned the pick up number, after we had collected our luggage, again very abrupt.
We made our way round to the NCP car park, 10 minute walk fully laden with suit cases, in the dark and rain. Upon arrival nobody greeted us. About 4 or 5 workers hanging around the car park payment machine arguing and all ignoring customers hanging around in the dark, cold rain.
When I finally got the attention of one of the workers, he told me to wait in the office and pointed towards the NCP office. I went into the office and a chap in an NCP uniform was sat behind a desk in a very small office. I said I'm with Maple parking and looking to pick my car up. He just said they're out there.
I went back outside and chatted with some other disgruntled customers.
I then managed to get the attention of another Maple worker who rummage around in a tupperware box containing a dozen bags with car keys in. He then said it's not here yet, but there are 2 cars on there way round, it'll probably one of them.
We stood around for a further 5 minutes then our car pulled into the car park.
At this point we where soaked and very cold (January 6th 11.30pm).
The worker who had brought the car to the pick up point was fairly helpful and offered to load our cases and gave us directions to get out of the car park.
I would say this was the worst organised and unhelpful company I have ever had dealings with.
Their customer service was completely lacking.
I won't be using this bunch of cowboys ever again.”
