“We frequently use Maple as it’s the most conveniently close to the terminal and a competitive price. On collection, we are usually left waiting for the car to arrrive- up to 15 mins outside with no waiting room. This time, I received a phone call as we were exiting the terminal to ask where we were (a 5 minute delay by assisted travel with my disabled mum)- this was unnecessary with the staff member claiming they’d been waiting for half an hour and that charges would be applied if we weren’t quick. Not the most pleasant return from our holiday.”
“Very quick and easy. Parked the car and we were on our way. Rang once we had picked luggage up and as we walked into valet parking the car arrived safe and sound. Very easy to use.”
“Amazing as usual! Would never use any other parking system. You just pull up and off you go. Then it’s there waiting on your return. Close to the airport so no dragging suitcases miles. Lovely friendly staff”
“Signs took me into multi-story car park next door.....cost £10 to get out. Signage needs improving !!
Meeting great, could do with better direction signs to and from terminal....just a short walk.
Car check over good, left car with staff, and walked to terminal.
Returned via a longer route....again better signage required. Attendant waiting at car, loaded luggage and away.
