“Purely my own assumption but a “meet and greet” process normally implies the driving to a terminal door and collection vehicle at that location. This was instead a parking lot and dropping your car off yourself. The walking time was the same as if you had parked in the airport car parks. Acknowledge it was a value price but this was not meet and greet in my humble opinion.”
“I've used Maple at a number of airports. The service is efficient, exactly want you want. However, on every occasion, all of the controls in the car have been changed. Why was the heating at 26 degrees, why was the passenger seat, flat back as if someone had been sleeping in it.”
“Very poor, was not meet and great at all. Tipping down with rain and i was made to walk over to the men and stand in the rain while they sorted key out, while they were undercover.
Might as well parked in carpark as had to drop off in the same place.”

My only issue is that I found both my car seat position and steering wheel adjusted which given the time limit to exit the car park I didn’t initially notice and left to an uncomfortable first part of the drive on the motorway home.”
