My only suggestion is that it should be better signposted. I followed the SAT NAV and went round in circles! Had to stop and ask directions! And this was despite reading the instructions!”
“Easy to use, the ANPR worked flawlessly on entrance and exit (which is more that I can say for some other ANPR controlled car parks). Bus service to T5 was quick both ways, with little waiting. Plenty of spaces when we arrived”
“The parking itself was fine. Unfortunately however exiting the car park was horrendous.
Our ticket was not accepted and the payment machine showed we owed £580.00.
The customer service agent we first spoke to was extremely unhelpful and kept telling us we had parked in the wrong car park. Despite explaining several times that we had booked a hotel/parking deal and I was providing our name, registration and reference.
Eventually, we contacted the hotel who were also very unhelpful. Luckily, I had screen shot our booking details and we then contacted the customer service department again. I managed to speak to a very helpful lady who confirmed our details and raised the barrier so we could leave. All in all it took 40 minutes to exit!!! Also, the customer service office was closed (not very helpful)”
“Signposting wasn’t great when we were unsure of where to go, it was also very dark and early in the morning . We had to drive around 4 times before seeing where to park. Once there however we found a space easily and the bus stop was right next to us. The bus service was great and plenty of room on there.”
“5am arrival. Simple drive up collect ticket and barrier open. Spaces to park. (a little tight) bus stops around easy to find. Took photos of location just in case. A few minutes the bus arrived. A few minutes later we are in T5.
On arrival back (7:45am) had a 10 minute wait for the bus. Found car easily (photos) drive to barrier and we are no our way.”
“we picked the hotel and parking package because we thougt it was a great deal, easey to get to the parking from the hotel and the bus pick up and drop of good, would highley recomend”
