“Airport closed due to power issue not able to collect car and no information or communication for travellers with car at airport, I had to ring the car park I found online, Heathrow should consider when closing airport to provide advise for all airport users not just people flying”
“Easy to book, locate and park. Bus to the terminal was great both there and back, dissappointing with the service of trying to get out of the car park, clearly a fault, every car was getting stopped at the barrier, every driver was having to take it in turns to talk to one member of staff on the tannoy. I clearly had confirmation of my payment and receipt in front of me, member of staff was adament that I hadn't paid. This was happening to every driver!”
“Such a smooth service. Need to be very specific on sat nav to find the right place but we had no wait on bus times going to the airport or returning. Such a short drop. Would absolutely do that again”
“Evidently this carpark has very little in the way of security and thieves clearly roam the carpark at times - my parents car was broken into and the thieves also dented my car door as the cars were parked together. Avoid if possible.”
“Signage could be improved, regarding name change.
Due to road works at airport Sat Nav directions off putting, Suggest go to terminal 5, then search for car park. Stay clear of terminals 2, 3, & 4.”
