“Absolutely seamless from start to finish. Arrived at the barrier and the number plate recognition camera instantly recognised the car, produced a ticket and allowed us access to the car park. Found a parking space with no trouble, unloaded the luggage and headed for the bus stop. Shuttle bus arrived within a couple of minutes and we were on our way.
Return journey just as easy, only waited a short time for the shuttle bus and we were back at the car park five minutes later. Luggage loaded and headed for the exit barrier, window wound down, ticket in hand ready to insert. Again, the number plate recognition camera performed flawlessly, no need to insert the ticket as the barrier opened as we approached it.
All in all, a pleasurable experience and, as we all know, airport parking can often be fraught with difficulties but not this time. Five stars to Heathrow Airport T5 Long Stay.”
“Arrived and the car registration was recognised straight away and we drove in to park. The courtesy bus arrived quickly and dropped us off at departures. When we returned we waited 5 minutes at the appointed bus stop and got the hills back to the car park. Departed easily, with car recognised by the system. Recommended”
