“Shocking customer service. Staff rude and disrespectful, left us waiting for 15 minutes at the barrier, refusing to answer our query, two of them and refusing to leave their office or answer the call. Do not use them, find somewhere else.”
“Very quick - bus within a few minutes of arriving at the car park and bus waiting as we came out of the airport, numberplate recognition so no need to use car park ticket - all went well.”
“This was at least our third visit to this car park, and we still find the road signs on the way rather confusing. Our (very clean!) registration plate was not recognised both on entry and on exit, and we had to call for assistance to get the barrier raised (or pay the £371 fee the machine told us we owed!
That aside, the bus collection and drop off was fast and efficient.”
“Heathrow T5 long stay is good. However… For the third time using APH to prebook tickets, the automatic number plate recognition did not work at either entry or exit. Both times requiring length intercom conversation with staff, who were unable to find my booking from the reference number quoted. This needs to be fixed!”
“It does what it says on the tin and does it well. It is well signposted, you park, get a shuttle bus , get back, get a shuttle bus back, and drive away.
I was also impressed that I was not charged more when I left two and a half hours late as a result of the air traffic disruption.”
