“Booked Hotel and parking in Long Stay Terminal 5. Very happy. Good directions on confirmation. Car Park so near the Terminal. Would book Hotel and parking again, definitely.”
“Great location for Terminal 5. Having booked via APH we found number plate recognition worked with no issues, a printed ticket was issued as well. After going towards zone E we found that there were plenty of parking spaces.
We didn't have to wait long for the transfer bus and we were at terminal 5 in less than 10 minutes.
Returning through arrivals was no problem either, went to bus stop 21 and within 10 minutes a transfer bus arrived. No issues leaving the car park either, the barrier came straight up when approached.
Will be using it again.”
“Normally it's very good, however this time we pre booked and we're unable to gain access to the carpark without having to call for help, the call wasn't answered for quite some time and it was very hard to hear and understand, the same happened when we tried to leave the carpark, we were stuck at the barrier for some time whilst waiting for our call to be answered.”

Car was parked there successfully, not vandalised or stolen and successfully picked up on my return.
One criticism - though this does not relate directly to the car park - but a pavement from the car park, all the way to the Terminal would be good”
“Great car park. Parked up and got bus from the nearby bus stop. Transfer took 5 minutes and dropped us at T5 door. It was the same coming back. Waited 2 minutes for the bus and we were driving on the M4 to Wales within 20 minutes.”
