The room was warm and clean. Bar was pleasant.

“First-time stay at this hotel and I must say that we were very impressed. Our room was spotlessly, spacious and comfortable. We normally struggle to sleep ahead of getting an early flight but the comfortable bed changed that - we woke refreshed and ready to start our holiday!”
“The room on floor 8 was excellent with a great view of the Airport, with a view to the centre of Birmingham and beyond in the distance. Comfortable bed and all the facilities were I good working order
Unfortunately the same could not be said of the restaurant, was very expensive for average food.
The breakfast was also disappointing, the food tasted as if it had cooked hours earlier.”
