“We arrived late afternoon after a long drive and were checked in so efficiently. The room was very spacious, clean and with wonderfully comfortable beds. We had to check out at 3am for our early flight and didn’t have breakfast but we have stayed at the hotel before for a concert at the NEC and we know it to be good and with lots of choice. 100% recommend this hotel, with great friendly staff and impeccably clean”
