“The location is perfect for a short walk to the airport but the reception need to get their act together. I asked for a morning call at 3:45am. The bed wasn’t comfortable so had a fitful few hours sleep until the phone in my room rang. I picked it up expecting my automated morning call as arranged. I looked at my watch to see it was 20 minutes earlier than I requested. A mistake that isn’t amusing in the middle of the night. Having got up I got a call again at 03:56am from reception telling me it was my morning call……..also not the 3:45am call I’d asked for. A wake up call at the time requested isn’t rocket science!!!”
“Somehow this is the second Hilton airport hotel i have stayed in where the hairdryer does not work - took almost 40 minutes for a replacement to arrive. The room was otherwise comfortable but HVAC system was not great, so the air was very dry, and pillows (despite a plentiful selection) were literally lumpy. Restaurant was expensive as you'd expect, but the beer i ordered had not arrived by the time my meal did which was pathetic (plenty of staff and not exactly rammed) - asked them to take my food back to keep it warm until drinks arrived, only for my food to reappear a couple of minutes later, but still no drink! They got there eventually... The sizzler chicken was clearly not chicken that had actually been cooked as described (covered in an almost damp coating, not grilled or fried) but was edible enough. A service charge was added to my bill automatically without being clearly stated anywhere in the restaurant or on the menus, i was dining solo and just wanted to get the hell out of there so did not notice until too late to ask them to remove it because 20 minutes to receive a drink was not acceptable, nor was the 20 minutes that my clearly finished plate sat in front of me without being offered a dessert menu or cleared away. Just stay at the Novotel, it will be worth the extra.”
“Perfect start to our holiday, with the added bonus of a bath which I wasn’t expecting. Restaurant was very good too, food excellent, all in all, would definitely stay again.”

“The hotel is a standard Hilton, the staff are very pleasant and it is clean and pleasant. The big selling point is obviously it is walking distance to both the airport itself and its parking areas. The bar is a bit expensive but that's hotel prices for you!”
“Hotel is great location to airport and carparks. Staff were friendly, check was quick and easy. Room was good and clean. And the rooms were very quiet/ soundproofed which is a must when you need sleep for early morning flight.”
