“Efficient and good sound proofing. However check-in took ages due to guests with an issue - I would have expected more than one member of staff available (or within distance to call). Lifts stopped working for a while too. There are no obvious signs at the parking areas for the best route to the hotel. We ended up on the wrong side of the entry road, and crossing at a busy roundabout.”
“Nice hotel and literally across the road from departures. Great location for catching an early flight. Receptionist could do with a customer service refresher course, it's rude to speak whilst purching on your elbows. Needs to make eye contact when checking in guest's.”
“At last minute we needed to change the date of our visit and staff were very accommodating. As it was our honeymoon we received a drinks voucher on arrival. Staff were all friendly. Food was pleasant.”
