“Overall was fine though when I followed exit signs barrier did not open immediately and no-one answered the customer call box and no-one was around to help. Eventually the barrier opened.”
“It was quick and simple to book at a decent price, it was easy to access the parking but unfortunately the automatic pre-paid barriers on exist did not operate and I had to contact the operator”

“Having paid my £83 for a 4 day stay , when I collected my car I was challenged at the exit that I had an “outstanding £225”. So I was unable to leave. When I pressed the help button, the attended seemed to think I had not paid and I was made to feel like a criminal until he found my reservation. I don’t think excuses given for the holdup were great. My car plate was recognised in entry but not at exit and I had not overstayed my booking. Not impressed.”
“At the exit from the car park, the barrier didn't recognise our car number plate and would not lift to let me out .
Had to reverse back to the security office, who confirmed that I had pre-paid for parking and then arranged for the barrier to left when I tried it again. Quite disappointing at 10 pm.
This problem has happened to me on the Long Stay Car Park too. You really need to sort this problem .”
