“Good instructions and nice to know car was safe and sound while away. Late flight return and had lost ticket!! Thank goodness a pleasant chap was on duty and gave me a new ticket without any hastle to continue our journey home considering it was 12.40 in the early morning! Well done.”
“I booked short stay carpark through APH. No issues with the booking at all. However on return from holiday I put my ticket in the machine and it said I owed £320. Obviously a problem with the booking. Agree several minutes talking to the airport car park staff, and frantically scanning for my confirmation email, I got it resolved. Would be 5 star if I didn’t have to waste time leaving car park and blocking one of the barriers for several minutes.”
