“I have no issue with Aberdeen Short Stay airport other than they don't appear to link with APH booking so for the last 6 visits I am delayed at the barrier both going in and out while they allocate the booking information.”
“No hastle. Bought the ticket parked the car got in the lift down to ground and walked across the road to the airport. However coming back we were delayed a full day, we found out that we just had to press the buzzer at the barrier and the lady would lift it with ni further charge. Didnt know this in Jun and paid an extra £50..still waiting for a refund , no luck yet!!”
“Very disappointed on arrival at Aberdeen Airport. On driving to the exit Gate at after 11.00 pm, the barrier failed to rise. I, therefore, installed my card as collected on arrival and was advised by the machine that I was required to pay £440. Tried to call the attendant who was apparently busy with other customers. When contacted I was advised that I did not have a reservation. Attendant insisted that I produce the booking reference which unfortunately was in my luggage. After retrieving the booking ref. I advised the attendant. The barrier was raised but no apology was given for the extensive delay in allowing my departure from the Airport Parking.”
