“My travel was disrupted by weatgher and cancelled flights but as it was within the 2 day notice period expected within the booking agreement, I had to pay the full amount”
“I have an ongoing issue with vehicle identification and on exit, the barrier does not lift. I always pre-pay but APH system fails at the last hurdle.”
“Even with early booking it’s expensive but the system worked perfectly- website instructions need updated to reflect that the machine no longer issues you a ticket and auto vehicle registration is used.”
“Despite the convenience and the competitive prices, not for the first time I got to the exit barrier (after a very long day) to be confronted by a demand for more money. I had paid for the package beforehand and was forced to reverse away from the barriers to the 'so-called' customer service booth. I do not buy a parking package so that I have to plead to get out of the car park. This service MUST be improved, or an alternative parking solution will be sought.”
“When I got to the gate at exit it said I had £100 to pay despite having paid in advance. My flight was on time so I clearly had nothing to pay. I needed to speak to the staff member at the box to enable me to leave the car park.
Overall, I think the short stay car park is extremely expensive and poor value for money.”
“On two recent parking occasions the barrier does not lift on exit despite having made full online payment. Disappointed by that disruption to an otherwise faultless parking experience.”
