“An excellent product for those with failing eyesight.The instructions however leave one somewhat frustrated if you have to venture into the dark depths of "learning the button codes".I spent quite a lot of time trying to reason what was required intuitively rather than glean same from the written Chinglish. Eventually I set out with a plan to learn 16 of the original button box "buttons" and enter the TV channels as required,in my case just four were required. Having done all this I tried the Flipper out and it worked exactly as required. So after an adventure into the unknown I came back with the job done and my poorly sighted neighbour delighted. The team at Alz products were encouraging and helpful - my thanks to them. Overall a great product that is a little let down by instructions that could be clearer.”
