“Bought this remote for my mother as the VM and TV remote was difficult for her to use due to Arthritis. The remote works well turning both tv and VM off but only turns the tv on, you have to set the VM box to always on then press the blue channel buttons then use as normal. The slide down cover should be made out of a different material to able to grip more easily.”

“I purchased this for my father, and the programming worked as described. He is managing to use it quite well. The only problem I found was that some of the favourite channels I selected for him did not go to plan (probably user error), but the delete function for any favourite channels did not seem to work. So I have a few blanks in the list, and the only way to remove them is to reset the factory default and start again from scratch. Not a deal breaker for us, but it is a bit annoying.”
