“The flipper tv remote control appears to have helped aged father-in-law select his own to channels. Prior to this involved a 30 minute round trip to do it for him. He is now more on control of his life of which tv is a big part. Would have helped to have had new batteries supplied with the item especially as under-powered affect performance dramatically. But overall very pleased.”

“Great remote control, it can be set up to work with set top box only (Virgin Media) as the new remote is too complicated for a disabled parent that I live with. It has stopped all the shouting and crying as it is so easy to use! Made my life so much easier as I am not being shouted every 10 minutes! It is easy to set up and well worth the money. Thank you!”

“Ordered 2 easy remotes for my elderly mother who was having problems with her normal remotes. Programme lounge tv/stb ok works great but cant get bedroom to match think it might be because tv has built in dvd player too? Any help would be grateful. “I purchased this flipper remote as a present for my grandmother who has dementia. I think it will be perfect for her as the remote only looks on first glance that it has 6 buttons: on/off; mute; channel up; channel down; volume up; volume down. Underneath a sliding compartment there are the buttons 0-9 which can be used to set up boxes etc so that the remote can be used with other devices. Having this out of sight will be a significant benefit to my grandmother. I cannot wait to give it to her for her birthday. The instruction manual it comes with is clear to read, and has little or no jargon (depending on your understanding of technology, and the amount of other devices you're using to connect together) but if you have a basic understanding it would be very easy to set up. The price was perfect as well, especially seeing as how it arrived the very next day, even when it said it could take a couple of days. I was very impressed. Thank you, because the website gave me ideas as to what to give my grandmother for her birthday but also because the item arrived so quickly. I will definitely be using the site again :)”
