HealthPro 250 is a very quiet device, especially in the first 2 speeds (2nd is for 100m3/h flow). Only at speed 6 it gets loud enough to be somewhat annoying. I can sleep better now thanks to this device (and a dehumidifier I bought elsewhere). Ah, the attached remote is a joke (the one bad point of the device). Ah, this device reliably filters Covid19 in a reasonable time (comparing to other True HEPA filters).

One has to accept that the purifier does what it says on the box the individual has no other means of assessment unless of there was a radical improvement in a breathing condition. As this purchase was more of a preventative purchase that was not the case. It is very quiet on minimum setting so very acceptable for bedroom overnight use. It appears very well made. My only complaint would be the warranty can only be registered by fax or snail mail. Very odd at this time considering the ease of using e.mail.

Very quite in the low to mid range fan speed and not noticeable. I would use higher speed setting to clear room before return home from work using auto timer. It would be nice to be able to have a pollution reading on the display, just so you can see a before and after. Would be nice to have an app to control.

Was expecting more from the "king" of air purifiers. Instead, I find this unit too noisy to use in a bedroom on anything above speed 1 during the night and speed 2 during the day. I can't comment on how well it purifies the air as I don't have suitable test equipment - however, the machine does come with a factory calibration certificate.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. With the IQAir HealthPro 250 - as with any air purifier for that matter - the speed setting that you use the unit on should be dependant by the size of the room that it is being used in. If the room is small, a low setting might be appropriate, if the room is large, you might want to run the unit on a higher setting. Where you place the unit will of course impact the perceived noise level. If it is a larger room, you might want to put the unit further away from your bed. Another way to optimise the usage will be to make good use of the timer function. By having the air purifier go on a couple of hours before you go to bed at night, the unit can clean the room and then run an a lower level to simply maintain that level of cleanliness throughout the night. A great way to monitor the air quality, and thus determine the most appropriate speed setting to use your unit on, is by using an accurate air quality monitor, such as the IQAir AirVisual Pro. It will allow you to get a better understanding of the level of cleanliness achieved on the different speed settings and different ways of setting the unit up. I hope this information helps. If you do have any questions, please do contact us anytime on 0203 176 0716. Kind regards, Jayson Allergy Cosmos

Very satisfied with this product. I live near a busy road so I have it on quite often. Timer feature is very useful too.

My 7 month old son got eczema and have not recovered from coughing after bronchiolitis. He was waking up with coughing frequently during night until we installed IQAir HealthPro 250. Now my son sleeps much better and so do I. Eczema has not cleared yet but we have been using the purifier for just over a week so I still hope the purifier will help to clear eczema as well.
