“Hi they are beautiful boots but feel much bigger than a 6. I see here you have written “UK 7”. I requested 6, it says 6 on the box. Have you sent the wrong size? Also the top front of them cuts into my foreleg. But I’ve worn them so. If you have sent the wrong size then I believe you should take them back Best wishes Fiona Pancheri”

“I actually bought a size 6 (EU39) but I don't think they fit true to size as they were a little snug which is not what you want in an outdoor boot and they were not comfortable in the heel area so they would definitely rub on my heel. Shame because I really liked the style. Sadly had to return them for these reasons.”

“I returned these boots as they were just too wide, particularly at the heel. I also have to say that I am disappointed with the customer service of this company. Firstly, you pay for returns, secondly they are very slow in refunding cash (still waiting over a week after they received the return), but thirdly, they are incredibly efficinet in pestering me for a review!”

“Service from this company is appalling I returned a pair of boots that they confirmed had been received on the 16th now 24th October still waiting. Absolutely terrible for an online company - oh and they also don’t do exchanges you need to order and pay twice and also pay for returning post. You can get better service for sane products on own sites”
