“Nothing to do with the boots. But the company first let me order boots and pay for the and 3 days later ring to say they weren’t in stock and to pick a different colour which I did and when they sent them out they didn’t even send the correct size.”

“I ordered small but when they eventually came you sent extra small which were tiny then I ordered a medium which haven't arrived yet. The delivery took ages and I'm still waiting for the others. So far unfortunately I'm not that impressed”

“This is not a review of the bag as I never received it. This is a review of the company. My item never arrived. Tried contacting them and I’m told to wait 10 days. I’ve emailed since and not response from them. I bought two of these bags so I’m over £350 down and no items.”

“This boot is not as it appears in the image, when it arrived it will be a very dark brown! Having chatted to a representative on line she informed me that the code was for the boot I had received. I tried to explain that that was irrelevant, it was the fact that the image of the boot on the website was missing leading! She was very unhelpful nor apologetic stating that it is often difficult to photograph products and get the colour correct. This is something I do know how to do for my own company and in this day and age it couldn’t be easier! My advise is if your expecting to receive the boot on the website, you won’t, unless they go to the effort of correcting it. P.s it will take up to 10 days for your refund”
