“Lovely quality shoes, however, the sizes are slightly smaller than normal. I bought a size 45 that was UK 11. But very tight. Size 11 is normally ample for me.”

“2 years 4 months owned, used regularly for walking the dog when wellies needed but not abused, but unfortunately the right boot heel came away from the sole and I didn’t notice until I walked into a pond. I was disappointed with the response from le chameau directly as out of guarantee after 2 years this is my 3rd pair purchased, they look the part but not really up to the job as the lining went in my first pair, such a shame, more like a fashion boot rather than a walking boot . This will be my last pair I purchase unfortunately but they are very comfortable and great Choice of colours.”

“The handbag looks lovely but took too long to be dispatched (I was expecting delivery within 3 - 5 working days) so I cancelled the order”

“I am confused about the top adjustable gusset as the is a web inside of the adjustable part which stops me from adjusting them. Is this a fault in the manufacture of them ?”

“Poor quality. had to return/ exchange. The item arrived to be in a box that was ripped and squashed. For being a new item has previous wear marks on sole and healed dark stains on top of toe box on suede. Hopefully new pair arrive in new condition.”

“Not 36S, but I like my 38R, which I have kept. I returned the 40R and thank you for the refund on that. However, I also returned a 40R (from order 162408) using the same paid for label as advised by Phoebe. This was clearly labeled as such by me in the same package. The courier DPD advised me two weeks ago on Monday 9 December that the parcel was back with you. Please can you also process this refund as soon as possible. Many thanks Adrian”
