“I ordered a signature name necklace with a birthstone and zodiac sign. The necklace arrived with the zodiac sign missing. I have emailed several times but have not had a reply. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service”

“The necklace was lovely and of good quality. I have given 2 stars as I paid extra for a charm builder (rainbow charm) which was not included on the necklace or in the delivery whatsoever. I waited 3 weeks for the item to be delivered, which I don't mind waiting for a 'quality' product, but I would expect to receive my full order for the price and delivery wait. I have requested a refund for the charm (the necklace was a gift that I have now given, the charm was of significance to the necklace), and I'm yet to receive a response.”
