“ABSOLUTELY AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! The item came broken. I’m understanding person, things happen. I followed their process and emailed to let them know. They asked for pictures and these were sent…. Weeks ago…. I’ve emailed and emailed and email, to no avail. What a shoddy customer services they have. I brought this for my wife after the birth of our daughter, what a shame the thought has now been tarnished. Essentially, I’m now left with a useless piece of jewellery and out of pocket. I will be reporting them to trading standards!”
