“Bought this Signature name necklace for my wife personalised in the name of our new born little girl. She absolutely loves it and it sits so well, the quality is great and it's just the right size, not too big and clumpy but also large enough to make out the name. Highly recommend.”

“Looked lovely but chain snapped after two wearings. My daughter contacted Abbot & Lyon to complain and eventually had a very unhelpful response. After further emails a voucher for the full amount was given. Just a pity the initial response was so negative. My daughter isn’t confident the replacement necklace may follow the same route and in fact is reluctant to wear it which is a pity.”

“The necklace itself is lovely, although I got it during the Black Friday offers for £10 and don't really think is is worth nearly £80. A couple of extra bits to add, the box is good quality, but inside it, the necklace sits in a cardboard envelope which makes it look cheap. There were also some delivery problems and the chat AI facility was less than helpful and promised my delivery for the next day and then in the next breath 5 days later.”
