“The necklace is pretty. It's fine. But what made it LESS fine is that it took 5 WEEKS to get it. FIVE WEEKS!!! That is unacceptable and it made for a sad Christmas. I don't care that's it was Christmas and you had a load of orders. Literally do not care. When you say 4-9 business days, that's lying. LYING! I would never order from you again just based on that. Unacceptable.”

“Very dissapointed. My Christmas presy from hubby. Opened on Xmas day. Looks stunning on but is hard to wear. The name part is very sharp. And have to remove at night as it sticks in your skin.”
