“Awful service. I ordered this product on the 3rd of December for my wifes xmas gift and still hasn't arrived. There were complications with communication around delivery, i was promised another would arrive in timefor xmas and there were further issues getting this done too. My wife has no gift for xmas and the support team, who could have resolved this in time, were very unsympathetic around the situation and offered no real help to resolve this.”

“Bespoke or not the waiting time was ridiculous. Especially when I had a email on the Wednesday before Christmas, suggesting I order more items that I'd get before Christmas! They hadn't even delivered what I'd ordered in November. So no I won't be ordering again. The gift for my daughter's birthday arrived days late. She liked it so it's not all bad.”
