“Unfortunately I do not not have a positive review to right about Abbot Lyon. All I can advise is please do NOT purchase this product. - poor quality - terrible customer service - slow response This product does not look how it is advertised, £90 that I will not be getting back. Tried to liaise with customer service and they were slow and incredibly unhelpful. Due to the personalisation they will not provide a refund even though the item is quite clearly faulty or poorly made”

“This is an absolutely beautiful necklace in person. I just received it in the mail today. The reason I deducted one star, is because the letters flip and turn and don't stay facing the correct direction. I have an M in my name, and it looks like a W. Other than that, very happy with this necklace.”

“Used to be really beautiful and good quality, had a replacement sent as the stone fell out recently and the chain is cheap, super lightweight, letters spaced out far more. It’s a real shame as the original product was great. Unfortunately would no longer recommend.”

“Bought 2 of these necklaces really love the design, really well made. Wished the extender part was longer to enable it to sit lower on my neck. Pros: well made, customisable Cons: they're not real silver, would have preferred real silver, they're stainless steel, extender not long enough, expensive for stainless steel”
