“The quality of the necklace is really nice, no complaints but be aware that that the letters will not sit correctly when worn. The letters on the one I bought for my partner just sit backwards all the time. We've been told by the company that is natural for a necklace like this. If this is the case, then why not show it in the currently misleading pictures or mention it in the description? I'd imagine it wouldn't look as appealing. Also, when you choose a charm location, the 'Left' and 'Right' option is relative to someone that's looking at it rather than to the one wearing it. This should certainly be highlighted when choosing an option.”
