“I contacted your customer services to say the letters are twisted and uncomfortable on my Wife's neck. She only wore it on Christmas day for a meal but I have been told I cannot return it. What is the point of the 2 year warranty then, not even had it 2 months ! They are cheap and not how the pictures show. Don't waste your money people”
