“Made a mistake in ordering silver for both when I wanted one in gold realised straight away. Emailed customer services to amend and at first I was told I could changed it then was told I couldn't now I have a necklace I won't wear”

“The letters on the necklace do not line up like advertised. They were added to the necklace upside down so they won’t sit right. the extra charm I added is very cheap. The charm is lopsided and dirty. I can see the finger print and the glue smudge in the charm.”
