“This necklace is beautiful. So dainty and pretty. Can’t wait until my daughter opens it on Christmas Day. Had to email customer service as I wondered when it was going to be delivered. Samantha replied straight away and kept me updated. The delay is due to Royal Mail, not Abbott Lyon and they don’t need the negative reviews as it’s not their fault! Thank you sooo much”
