“After leaving an initial review stating I wasn’t happy with the quality of my signature necklace Abbott Lyon where quick to contact me to resolve the issue. They offered me a new necklace free of charge. Mindful that I would end up with two necklaces I wouldn’t be happy with I asked if it would be possible to change the font of the signature which they agreed to. The customer service provided by Abbott Lyon is excellent and I am much happier with my new necklace- my advice would be to choose the font of your necklace carefully.”
