“After an initial mess up on my part regarding my first necklace. They handled the situation fantastically and sent out another style of my name and now it’s perfect. I also have two bracelets and they are fab too. If your sitting on the fence then just bite the bullet and purchase some amazing jewellery, and even better customer service. Definitely recommend”
