I ordered a bracelet with my late father’s name and Birthstone, it unfortunately broke, but with the quality of service & expedited responses I was able to have this matter resolved in no time! “I ordered the bracelet in April, almost 4 weeks before Mother’s Day. It is now May 22 as I write this and I have yet to receive my order. DHL doesn’t provide any updates and still says it hasn’t made it to the states. There is no ETA for the delivery. I can’t speak on the quality of the jewelry, seeing as, I never got it but your methods of shipping are awful. Please switch to a different company. DHL is the worst”

“I bought two of these at Christmas for my two daughters who loved them and went on to by the necklaces. I had a small issue with one of them and contacted Abbott Lyon to ask if it could be repaired and without me even asking they offered to replace the item free of charge. The replacement arrived yesterday and my daughter is thrilled. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.”
