“Couldn’t believe the speed in which my order came and from the most pleasant delivery guy in the world. All in all I think this is the absolute best company I’ve ever dealt with honestly you could not beat them. I have not opened the boxes yet as work doesn’t start at my business till end of May but I’m sure if there was a problem it would be promptly dealt with”

“I do not want to give this company a bad review as possibly the cause is not of their making. I’ve ordered two sets of samples and neither set has arrived. I appreciate the Post Office (if sent by them) is not the most reliable so I’m open minded as to just why these samples haven’t arrived”

“Good quality panels, delivered promptly, although left outside of property in the rain. Fitting instructions are clear, but recommend using a trim to ensure the seal between the panels & tray is waterproof (had to purchase from a third party). Overall the panels look great now installed.”

“Fast delivery. Good quality product. However, contacted within 24 hours by phone and email as per their T’s & C’s to notify that 2 of the 3 panels arrived. damaged. Photographic evidence sent. As yet, 3 working days later, they still have not deigned to even reply to the email never mind refund/exchange. Great products, fast delivery, poor after sales”

“Very helpful telephone support. Product is good quality. Note though that tongue and groove boards are not as wide as advertised because the cutting of the joints removes about 2cm of the surface width.”

Hi Calder, Thank you for your review. We offer every customer 3 free sample, however, it seems like you have taken advantage of that and ordered 38 samples over several orders. We have continually bent over backwards to get more samples out to you, repeatedly sending the same ones over and over again. There is nothing else we can do to help you if 38 samples is not enough.

“Ordered 3 samples of wet wall panelling, yes it was free, but nothing has arrived! Therefore 3 weeks later nothing has appeared and the job is no further on and my order to place looks like going somewhere else’s”

“Chose to use wall panels for an upgrade to our ensuite. Requested a sample which arrived very promptly. Only criticism is that the sample was quite small and it wasn't really possible to gauge the full effect, if it is feasible then I think an A4 sized sample would be better. However, we took a gamble and went on to order 4 panels which also arrived promptly and well packaged. Our plumber fitted them to cover existing tiles as we went from a P shaped bath to a walk in shower. The result is excellent and we are really pleased with the effect of the 3D design on the panels. It exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this product, we have the 3D effect but with the ease of cleaning a flat panel.”

“5 stars. A great company to deal with. Very easy to order on the phone with Rupert who gave excellent advice. Unfortunately the delivery company let them down by only delivering 3 of the 4 parcels but this is not the fault of wet wall works. In fact they sorted out the problem at their own cost without any argument. I know what's its like when you do a great job of ensuring the product is good the packaging is fine and the order is correctly picked but then you have to trust the delivery company to deliver it. I would always use splash panels everytime over tiles , easier to fit and no grout to clean.”

“Black sparkle sample didn’t have ply backing. Also does it come in 1000 by 2400. And is this available in grey sparkle? This info will help me to make a purchase.”
