“Would not recommend, I ordered samples which took 3 weeks to arrive (samples are free, but I paid for postage) and the three random off cuts weren't enough to actually see the design. Not impressed and won't be going on to order with them”

“Initial correspondence was great . All products required in stock and could be delivered when required. Delivery was then made to wrong address ( couriers fault ) , When did turn up all panels of it , large number damaged . Had to double cut all panels and carefully select where to be used as job needed to be completed on time . For a £5k outlay on panels been offered £250 good will. This won’t cover the extra time taken to work the broken panels or the inconvenience caused . My view is mistakes and accidents happen it’s all about how you put it right .”

“Highly recommend using wet wall works. Communication with delivery of items were clear. Delivery driver rang before delivery and helped unload items into house. Wall panels were packaged very well.”

“Product Ok. Some damage which turned out not to be an issue as we had over ordered. Main issue was delivery. Having paid for the "next day" which became over a week. I was creditted but it showed to me the poor customer service as trying to get a firm date thereafter was quite honestly - hopeless!”

“Product was fantastic and very well packaged. However I was told I would receive order next day after 12am cut off but was let down when I received order a week later which had knock on effect. Was also told would be morning delivery but didn’t come till 3.30pm”

“I wanted some samples of board but ended up with samples of the laminate, one of which wasn't labelled. So slow that I had bought and received a competitors' product before your samples had arrived”

We acknowledge the frustration caused by the longer than quoted delivery time and apologise for the delay in receiving your samples. Please know that we are currently refining our sampling service to ensure a more accurate estimation of delivery times and to streamline the overall process. It is standard in the industry to send out a laminate of the sample, as it is only a colour swatch. We do say on every sample product "...To keep costs to a minimum, we won't always send out a cut of the actual product." For plywood samples, we will send out a film swatch, pvc panels samples, it will often be a 10mm sample, whereas the flooring will be the actual product. If you would like a sample to show a specific part of the panel such as a grout line or thickness of the actual product, please add a comment requesting this at checkout. Thank you Luke Harper from #vansandrecreation for your review. The team at Wet Wall Works will not tolerate anyone speaking to us in the childish manner you did yesterday. You were abusive, had an attitude, and acted like a toddler and no matter who you think you are, we are glad you have taken your business elsewhere. You need to take a strong look at yourself, as you were appalling and should know better as an adult and owner of a company. I hope you don't speak to your staff like this! For our future customers reading our response, the back story behind #vansandrecreation is that we supplied them with panels for splashbacks and acoustic panels for the ceilings for their van conversions. Luke Harper reached out for a new quote, which was given along with a payment link which had been viewed. I personally contacted him a further 3 times, as I was keen to gain the sale, but received no response. Luke made contact, saying the quote was the same as what he had seen online, but he'd forgotten in his email he'd asked for further items to be added. Whilst the price was the same, the quantity of products had increased. Politely explaining this to him, he went off like a rocket. I understand frustration, but there's a manner in which you should conduct yourself. When we are wrong, which at times we all are, I believe in putting our hands up and fixing the issue. In this case, Luke, it's on you, and you should apologies and not leap to leave a poor review as it's only detrimental to your own business.

“Wet Wall Works provided us with good quality wall panels, better than any others we have tried in the past, thicker and stronger for sure, They also went out of their way to provide us with two new panels after we recognised they were damaged by the courier though this was against their terms of policy as the order was not checked by us on delivery. I advise people should check their orders upon delivery to avoid this. Thanks again to wet wall works for the service provided under our particular circumstances, 5-Stars for you guys.”
