“Initially, I was very wary of paying £48.00 per year to join WellEasy. The concept is that you will save more than the cost of the annual membership. On the whole, I am happy with the ability to purchase my favourite artisan organic foods at fairer prices. It is worth noting that the discounts vary from one company to the next. Some are significant, while others are more modest. To maximise discounts, it is important to use rewards and utilise any monthly offers. Delivery could be faster and the customer service has improved. While I am not a big fan of the name, I love the idea of making delicious, healthy, organic food accessible to all. Keep up the good work and please add more high-quality producers and avoid selling processed foods.”

Those who have been looking for this sort of product will know and affirm that it is impossible to find hummus without seed-oil in in the supermarkets!

“My honest opinion is that I love the concept of WellEasy. I like that I can find a variety of healthy options in one place.
Things I’m not enjoying are the lack of consistency with deliveries. Sometimes it’s super fast others it’s not really desirable so I struggle to plan and know when to order products because of this and I often end up having to double order from Amazon for essentials like milk which then throws my other items out of sync.
Also I order a variety of items and wonder who is actually packing these in the warehouse. They pack crates of 8 litres of milk x 2 so 16 litres of fluid and then pack in your delicate items like crisp or biscuits in with the 16 L of fluid which results in crushed food, popped bags and stale food when I get the delivery. I have repotted this previously and it’s still happening every delivery. It’s a shame really because if the delivery was packed correctly and consistent it would be pretty perfect.”
“Good products, but very poor delivery service. Incorrect address details given to courier by WellEasy, which meant I had to follow up with about 4 e-mails. Would have shopped again, but for this.”

“Well easy didn’t hit the mark perfectly for us the first time. A number of our items came damaged. However, a quick email conversation ensured this was resolved and we were refunded for the damaged items. The team at WellEasy really seemed to care that our order had issues and did everything to resolve them.
Although this isn’t the perfect solution, the benefits of using this service (buying high quality goods in bulk saving our young family money and allowing us to eat healthily) outweigh the loss of goods.
With such a helpful team I am reassured that everything is being done to prevent our problem from happening again.”
