“My parcel arrived with damaged food in it again - the first time, Yodel wouldn't even deliver it because flour was coming out of the box. This time, the damage was less noticeable so they delivered it. The flour bag was ripped and the foil lid of an instant oatmeal pot was punctured.
Aside from these delivery issues, the customer service has been really good, and the products I ordered seem to be of high quality. They just need to work out how to send things safely.”

Thanks for this. Please know that we always try to make sure every single one of our members orders are perfect. Very occasionally as has happened here, stocks can run low and some of our brands go out of stock too. This will be why the item was refunded and not replaced.
