“Overall, I enjoy shopping with you, but I would like to see more choice of products I use daily such as buckwehat grain, buckwheat flour, other gluten-free grains and flours, crackers, pickles, spices, nuts ad dried fruit.
Please also note that my last order arrived with the packaging of the sunflower seeds broken, so I lost some of the content before I realised the plastic was damaged. I would appreciate if you could double check the packaging to avoid this next time. Thanks.”
“This is a really good upcoming company that sells all the things that is hard to get in one place and most supermarkets whilst saving money too. Any issues I’ve had, they have swiftly dealt with it without any issues. They have a good range of items and it’s the only place I can find that does decent items and at a lower price. I did question the membership in the beginning as it’s so new to me but it’s worth it as you definitely end up saving money in the long run.
I’m looking forward to them expanding their range so I can buy more things!”
“Great selection of clean and health conscious products, much more than what you'd find in your average organic shop. The product range also gets continiously extended. The prices are some of the sharpest that you find and you can easily make back the subscription cost with 1-2 purchases. Delivery takes a couple of days but is always reliable. Customer service is super fast, on the odd occasion that an item was not in order the response has always been very quick and issues resolved immediately without any lengthy back and forth emails. 5/5, highligh recommended!”
