You gave me £20 voucher for being responsible for a disappointing Easter present-wise when a week after ordering Easter Booja Booja chocolates you informed me the order was cancelled. Too late by then to get them elsewhere. To add insult to injury you then told me I had to spend £100, then as a gesture of goodwill, £60, to benefit from my compensation. What a joke! No further dealings with this sort of mindset I’m afraid. The only delivery I received, Happy Valley Ghee, arrived with tops off jars.”

As a small growing business, we really take every member and order very very seriously and as such a full refund of the order and a £20 voucher was offered. We have to set minimums on our vouchers both to preserve the health of the planet but also us as a company as well and on this occassion, we believe a £60 minimum to utilise this voucher was a really genuine and valuable apology from us on top of the refund.
