“I placed two orders. One arrived fine, whereas the other order, which I diverted to a Yodel Store was such a disaster. First, Yodel lost my parcel, claiming to have delivered to the store while the GPS location of where it was scanned was in a residential street. Second, Welleasy sent a wrong item as a replacement short of another item which they later disclosed they were struggling to procure (which is a BS from my POV as I ordered the same item from Natural Dispensary immediately following the news and they sent it straight away).
Then they placed another replacement order with, again, a wrong item.
When I pointed that out, customer support corrected it but now with a wrong quantity (I ordered 2, they only put in 1).
I am giving up on this establishment now, whatever arrives in the second replacement order, I'm not going to waste my energy on it.
All in all, this establishment doesn't seem to invest in customer service, it was always the same agent, replying in the late evening and never within 24 hours.
Once your order needs an assistance, brace yourself for slow responses and lots of palaver.
Let's not forget to mention, having to sign up for a membership to order anything, in this time, for not so competitive pricing, makes no sense.”
“Perfect healthy products, better price than many other places, I can buy the same keto bread, chia seeds, much cheaper than other places. However, it is still pricy for some protein bars and supplements. Delivery was great and fast, well packaged and arrived within 2 days.”

“Everything we've ordered from WellEasy has been really good quality, tasty, and very economical. I am so impressed by the way our orders have been packaged. We have a lot of jars, each one is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and then packed into a very strong box, which withstands the journey to us.

“Items arrived well packaged and all were there but delivery took over 10 days to get to us and so a lot of the stuff we had ordered we needed to buy elsewhere as it was taking so long to come so we were actually a bit disappointed with that. We did get an email offering a £5 voucher which I felt should have been £10 really as that message was sent after 4 days of waiting. I replied to ask if there was any news on the parcel and to accept a voucher for our next purchase but I’m yet to hear back.
Items were all well priced though.”
