“Great products, but nowhere near enough information on the website, and no possibility of a short phone conversation to check the spec. For example, the zigbee relays don't give the rated voltage and current of the contacts, bulbs don't have dimensions - will they fit in my small wall fittings? Links are given to the user manual, but they just link to a list of manufacturers, and they link to the manufacturer's website, not even to the correct manual - just deep link to the manual for this product and I'll know I'm not making a mistake.”

“Ordered several Z-wave devices. Had to return two because they weren’t as described (they sold a temp/humidity sensor but only does temp, hence 3/5) but staff have been helpful and the price was very good. Have just ordered a temp/humidity sensor to replace my returns which I know will work.”
