“The products they have are the latest models with the latest firmware, unlike Amazon for instance. There were a few issues I had with their previous version of the web site but since the upgrade I have had no issues. Technical support is excellent with a response in 3-4 hours. Actually, you very rarely need it because of the way the website is organised with all technical information available on the product page. Never had a z-wave product die on me so I have never had to raise a warranty claim. They are easily the best for z-wave products in the UK.”
