“This is a very open-faced company in my experience. Their own reviews of the products they sell come across fair and even-handed. They are liberal with advice if asked and they seem to pick good quality products. They even have names! I have no complaints so far.”

“I get almost all my z-wave equipment from Vesternet so when I needed a new z-wave socket for the christmas tree they were the obvious choice. Next day delivery was handy so we could get the lights on the tree as soon as possible and start feeling festive without the need to reach round to unplug or switch off plugs by hand. Plus having the lights automatically on in the morning starts a December day off perfectly!”

“Unfortunately they didn't have enough stock to fulfill my entire order, but the customer service was great: kept me informed and arranged a full refund for the items and shipping costs as I could not wait for stock to come in. The items that were in stock arrived very quickly. Overall a great experience. Will use them again.”
