“I’ve used other home automation stores before but they were unreliable, more expensive and have since disappeared. So I moved to use Vesternet years ago. They’ve always been good on price and reliable. I’ve only had a product issue once in the past where an item went faulty after 10 months. After a quick email to customer support, they sent a replacement item next day for me, no hassle. Would highly recommend them for all your home automation needs”

“Always good kit - Homeix hub is excellent - and generally efficient delivery - although care needed with entering address in the auto filled fields as it removed our house name when it figured out the road address and so delivery driver gave up first time!”

“Very helpful site. Many useful documents explaining how to install various items. Most helpful is howto on UK light wiring which can be confusing, especially as my house wiring uses all red wire. Helped me workout how to install a Aeotec Nano Dimmer.”
